Friendly staff made check-in easy.
I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay. The noise from the neighboring room was unbearable, ruining my anniversary celebration. My wife couldn't sleep at all due to the disturbances, which made the occasion feel like a disaster instead of a special night.

I wasn’t ready for this!
What a delightful surprise! The hotel’s location is fantastic, just steps from Dave and Buster's. My room was spacious and had a lovely view. Cleanliness was top-notch, and I appreciated the 12 pm checkout. You can't beat the value with free parking! A great experience all around!

The hotel offers a well-soundproofed room, perfect for a good night's sleep.
The restaurant service was slow due to only one waiter managing multiple tables.

Had a delightful stay in a spacious room with modern amenities. The local eateries nearby, especially the Italian restaurant, offered fantastic meals.

The hotel was beautifully decorated, with comfortable seating areas that were easily accessible. I particularly enjoyed the spaciousness of the lobby, which made it inviting for relaxing after a busy day exploring Vaughan.
More elevators or improved elevator access would help.

The hotel’s location is a dream for foodies, with local gems like Boston Pizza and Dub Linn Gate Irish Pub just a hop away! The room was spacious, and the showers packed a seriously powerful punch! Definitely helped rinse away the travel woes.
While the pool area was a bit chilly, and the hot tub lacking, I still soaked up some relaxing vibes after a long drive. However, waiting too long for the elevator and the ruckus from rowdy guests late at night had me wishing for more control.

The indoor pool and hot tub were a highlight of my stay, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a day out exploring the attractions nearby. The hotel was clean and the room I had was bright and spacious, making it comfortable for my couple's getaway. However, I did find the staff a bit unhelpful at times, especially when trying to get information on my stay. So, while I enjoyed my time, there's room for improvement in customer service.

We had a lovely family stay and enjoyed the spacious room with a nice view. The kids had an absolute blast at Canada's Wonderland, which was just a short drive away. The pool was perfect for unwinding after our adventures.
My wife says that having a complimentary breakfast would be a big plus for families with children.

The room was clean, but the pool temperature made it hard to enjoy.

missingWrote a review on 15 Febgym equipmentbottled watershopping conveniencesmall pool
The gym offered high-end fitness machines, plenty for a good workout. Free bottled water at the front desk provided a nice touch in a pinch. Close proximity to a massive IKEA and the Vaughan Mills shopping complex added convenience for shopping.
The pool was unexpectedly small, easily feeling crowded with just four people. It was a hassle to dig out of the parking lot after the snowstorm without any available shovels. The lack of extra pillows was frustrating, especially given the room's price, and breakfast not being included felt like a missed opportunity. The shower's low support bar was a nuisance for anyone tall. Room noise from the refrigerator forced us to unplug it for sleep, slightly detracting from our comfort.
